ACS will customize a solution for your agency; however, the following is a “typical” Pre-Collect Service offering: 

  • Send the initial delinquency notice at 15 days past due
  • Send a second delinquency notice at 30 days past due
  • Make up to 30 outbound phone calls to contact the consumer over the next 2 weeks
  • Send a third delinquency notice at 45 days past due

ACS offers this service using several models. We will work with you to determine the most appropriate account receivable strategy. We can provide this service on a per unit basis, contingency fee, or per work effort completed.
