Throughout his career, Kevin has been very active at a national level in the collection industry. He served as an ACA National Director for three years. He has been a key leader in the ACA's Check Services Program, Government Services Program, the Healthcare Services Program, the Committee of 100, and the International Fellowship of Certified Collectors. He has coordinated many industry-focused courses and seminars, earning both the Scholar and Fellow degrees in Collection Business Management. At the state level, Kevin chaired committees and held various Association offices, including President in 1988.

Kevin’s years of broad experience in the credit and collection field, including AmeriCredit Financial Services, GC Services, and Outsourcing Solutions Inc. He has managed credit granting and collection operations with as many as 700 people.
